Our sixth Sculpture Trail at Raveningham in the Waveney Valley, South Norfolk has been a huge success with around 4500 visitors and 42 artists taking part this Summer. Visitors of all ages have been inspired and the works have stimulated fresh discourse about contemporary art, sculpture and the environment in a positive way. Over 3000 people voted for their favourite artist on the trail and this year the top three People’s choice and the Curator’s choice will be sharing prize money of £800.

About the Curator

Sarah Cannell started the Sculpture Trail in 2014 with Nicky Stainton and Geoff Doggett and has 18 years of curating experience in a variety of rural and urban venues across the UK including Centre Point (London) Baskerville House (Birmingham), Wembley Point (London), Bally Shoe Factory (Norwich), Theatre Royal (Norwich) and many more. She has a unique ability to inspire and engage people in the Arts as well as being able to develop creative concepts which often involve large numbers of people to diverse audiences.
